3. AI & Your Content
We do not use your identifiable User Content or Outputs to train or fine-tune foundation AI models unless you explicitly opt in or we have a separate written agreement with you. De-identified telemetry and usage patterns may be used to improve safety and service quality.
All documents are encrypted with AES-256-GCM. Each user operates in an isolated environment — your documents, chats, and metadata are invisible to other users.
4. How We Share Information
We do not sell your personal information. We may share information with:
- Service Providers: Third parties that help us operate the Service (cloud hosting, payment processing, analytics)
- Organization Administrators: If you use the Service through an organization, administrators may access account information
