These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the hooh pro platform at app.hooh.pro and the website at hooh.pro (collectively, the "Service"), operated by Hooh Inc. ("Hooh," "we," "us," or "our"), a Delaware corporation. hooh pro is a product of Hooh Inc.

By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 16 years old to use the Service. By creating an account, you represent that the information you provide is accurate, current, and complete, and you agree to keep it updated.

2. Your Content

You retain all rights to the documents, files, and other content you upload to the Service ("User Content"). By uploading User Content, you grant Hooh a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, process, and display your content solely for the purpose of delivering and improving the Service.

You are responsible for ensuring you have the right to upload and process any content you submit.

3. AI-Generated Outputs

The Service uses artificial intelligence to generate summaries, form fills, chat responses, and other outputs ("Outputs"). Hooh assigns usage rights to generated Outputs for your personal or internal business use.

Important: AI Outputs may be incorrect, incomplete, or outdated. You are solely responsible for reviewing and verifying any Output before relying on it.

4. Sensitive & Medical Content

You may upload sensitive documents to the Service. However, you should not upload content you would not want exposed in the event of a security incident.

The Service does not provide medical advice and is not HIPAA-compliant. Do not use the Service as a substitute for professional medical, legal, or financial advice.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose
• Upload malicious content, malware, or attempt to compromise system security
• Reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of the Service
• Resell or redistribute the Service without written permission
• Interfere with or disrupt the Service or its infrastructure
• Use the Service to generate content that violates any applicable law

6. Fees & Billing

Some features of the Service require a paid subscription. Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled before the end of the current billing period. Free trials automatically convert to paid subscriptions unless cancelled before expiration.

Plans described as "unlimited" are subject to a Fair Use Policy, which may limit usage to 100 document uploads per month.

We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days' notice. Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis.

7. Intellectual Property

The Service, including its design, code, AI models, branding, and documentation, is owned by Hooh Inc. and protected by intellectual property laws. Nothing in these Terms grants you any right to use the Hooh name, logos, or trademarks without prior written consent.

8. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time for violation of these Terms or for any other reason with reasonable notice. You may close your account at any time through the account settings. Upon termination, your User Content will be deleted in accordance with our data retention practices.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Hooh's total liability to you for any claims arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Service will not exceed the greater of (I) the amounts you paid to Hooh in the 12 months preceding the claim, or (II) US $100.

In no event will Hooh be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages.

11. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, USA, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising from these Terms or the Service shall be resolved exclusively in the courts located in New Castle County, Delaware.

12. DMCA & Copyright

If you believe your copyrighted work has been infringed, please send a notice to our DMCA agent at dmca@hooh.com.

13. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by posting the updated Terms on this page and updating the "Last Updated" date. Your continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
